USC Trojans lehine
Application to Jupiter. Mars applies to the conjunction of Jupiter, with an orb of 5.71°. Jupiter is the one benefic in the chart that can be called dignified, by term (+2), and it sits in the 6th by the 5° rule (the 5th strictly). It is a real help for the Trojans, but a modest one. The orb is wide and Mars is slow, so the junction is a long way off.
Mutual reception by term. Mars and Venus each stand in the other's term, so the Trojans' significator is received by the Buckeyes' and the reverse. Term is the lightest dignity of reception. It keeps Mars in the matter and stops Venus from simply overriding it, but it adds nothing to the Trojans' side of the scale.
