Reception. Mars stands in Leo, which is Venus's term. Lord 7 therefore sits in Lord 1's dignity, and Dortmund's significator has some hold on Frankfurt's. It is a term, the lesser dignity, and it is only half of a mutual reception in which Frankfurt holds the better part. It earns Dortmund something, not much.

Mercury. Mercury, retrograde and slow, sits in the 7th, 3°11' past the Descendant. It is peregrine and not a significator, and within ten minutes it falls into the 6th by strict reckoning. This testimony is unstable and carries no weight.
Jugement. The chart leans to Eintracht Frankfurt. Dortmund's significator is in detriment, combust and retrograde, and the Moon goes from Dortmund's fallen Lord 10 to Frankfurt's Mars with reception. It is not decisive, because the reception between the two significators is mutual and Mars is itself peregrine.
