Per Mainz
Moon's last aspect. The Moon has only just left a conjunction with Saturn, Lord 1, at 13:10 UTC, twenty minutes before the chart. The chart's light begins with Mainz's significator, and the Moon is not void: it applies next to a trine of Mars. That is the best the home side has, but Saturn has no one to pass the light to. The Moon carries it to Mars in the 7th and not to the Sun, so there is no translation to Lord 7.
