Moon and Fortune in the 10th. The Moon, the common significator, sits in the 10th, Porto's house of success, and Fortune by the night formula lies in the same house. Those are the best things the chart says for Porto. Both rest on conventions. The Moon's placement in the 10th changes within ten minutes either side of the chart under the 5° rule, so it is unstable.
