Per Washington Capitals
Dignity of Lord 7. Mars is peregrine in Leo at −5. That is poor, and the Kings' significator has no reception from Venus to lean on. This is all Washington has on the dignity count, and it is only the absence of strength on the other side.
Moon. The Moon is Lord 4, the Kings' house of success, and she is weak: the 11th house, face only (+1), counted slow. Her last aspect was the opposition to Jupiter, twelve minutes before the chart.
