This one’s weird on purpose. Philadelphia is already locked into the playoffs, and the only meaningful lever left for them is seeding: they can jump from No. 3 to No. 2 if they beat Washington and the Bears lose (Bears–Lions kicks at the same time, so there’s no real “scoreboard advantage”).
